Terms and Conditions for My Freelance Services

 

1. Project Scope: I will provide the services described in our agreed-upon proposal or contract. Any changes to the scope will require a new agreement.

 

2. Payment: Payment will be made according to the schedule outlined in the proposal/contract.

3. Revisions: 3 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions will be billed hourly at my standard rate.

 

4. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during this project.

 

5. Ownership: Unless stated otherwise, the work completed has shared ownership for me to demonstrate skills to potential clients.

6. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice. Upon termination, the

client will pay for work completed up to that point.

 

7. Liability: My liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client under this agreement.

 

8. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
